Anthony is the Principal and Director of Patten Robins. His education includes a bachelor of laws, bachelor of commerce, graduate diploma in legal practice, master of laws in global business, and qualifications in management and finance broking. He has over a decade of litigation experience in superior and first instance jurisdictions, including prosecution assignments. Anthony has a special interest in jurisdictional appeals and trusts, as well as a diverse commercial litigation background.
Outside of the law Anthony enjoys time outdoors with his wife and 3 young children.
As Principal of Patten Robins, Anthony encourages a conciliatory approach to legal practice, with the aim of providing the most efficient outcome for all clients.
Group Operations Manager
Andy Yakubu is the Group Operations Manager and head of the Conveyancing Department. He has over twenty years’ experience in conveyancing, finance broking and Building & Construction Management. He has a Diploma in Banking and Finance, Certificate IV in Conveyancing and Certificate IV in Building and Construction. Andy ‘s extensive experience in finance, Building Construction gives him a better understanding of all conveyancing matters. His imaginative nature allows him to have solutions to problems and always ready to offer his counsel when needed.
Basketball and the World game of football is his passion outside of work.
Special Counsel – Head of Litigation
Vas Kumar is our Special Counsel and Head of Litigation. He has over 25 years experience in commercial law and litigation across a broad cross-section of civil cases. His education includes a bachelor of laws, and postgraduate units in copyright law, trademarks and commercial designs. He is admitted as a Barrister in England & Wales, and as a solicitor in Singapore and an Australian lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria. He is a keen sportsman, being a huge fan of English premier league soccer and F1 motor racing. Outside work, Vas rocks the electric guitar.
Since his arrival, Vas has built on Patten Robins’ already fine set of commercial lawyers to provide tempered and legal experience to assist you or your business.
Senior Associate – Wills & Estates
Natasha is a Senior Associate Lawyer in our Wills and Estates team. Her education includes a bachelor of social science (criminal justice), bachelor of laws and a graduate diploma in legal practice. Natasha has over ten years of litigation experience prosecuting in the Magistrates Court on behalf of a number of Victorian Government Departments. Currently, Natasha’s primary area of practice is Wills and Estate covering all aspects including estate planning, estate administration and litigation on behalf of beneficiaries of estates.
Natasha works closely with Wills and Estates Associate, Milan Stupar.

Milan is an Associate Lawyer in our Wills and Estates team. His education includes a bachelor of science, bachelor of laws and a graduate diploma in legal practice. Milan has over a decade of experience in the legal profession working primarily in Wills and Estates Law, Property Law and Commercial Law. Milan currently practises in the area of Wills and Estate covering all aspects including estate planning, estate administration and litigation on behalf of beneficiaries.

Rebecca is a lawyer in our litigation team. Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. As our first ever and longest serving employee, Rebecca has worked in many areas of law. She currently practises solely in litigation with a keen interest in commercial law.
Lawyer – Commercial & Litgation
Molly is a lawyer in our litigation team. Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Molly has several years’ experience in the legal profession working primarily in commercial law and summary crime. Molly’s primary area of practise is commercial law, covering all aspects of litigation across all superior Courts.
Kerri is our Senior Conveyancer.
Kerri’s education includes a master of banking and finance and a bachelor of accounting.
Her areas of practice include:
- Reviewing Section 32 and providing general advice to clients both pre and post purchase;
- Preparation of all necessary documents such as Sale/auction contracts, section 32/27 statements, transfer of land, notice of acquisition, duties form, discharge authority and caveats for Residential, OTP, Sub-division and commercial files;
- Completing both in person and PEXA property transactions;
- Finalizing stamping and lodgement of SRO and all land related documents;
- Managing large case loads for builders and developers.
Outside of her work, Kerri enjoys time with her family and playing the piano.
